LOL! Was it from Costco?
That was one big SCARY cake!
I understand why you are kicking yourself (tough love from me today).
I am sure your cake tastes a hundred times better!!! And definately so much healthier (Who would have thought I was going to say cake is healthy) - it is worth the efort :-)
I can't believe you typed all that out. I hope all those nasty chemicals at least TASTED good!
I think one needs chemistry when it comes to reading and understanding that list...it's scary!
Happy 12th Birthday:-)
Oh, yeah, sometimes it's better not to read the labels! Yikes.
Ick, reading labels for such "simple" foods is such an eye opener.
Happy belated birthday!!
I want to know what e461 is? A letter-number acronym is always scary in my opinion!!
It's so annoying that that's the choice, either scary, unidentifiable ingredients or you have to make it yourself. Sometimes, you just don't have time to be June Cleaver.
Happy Birthday to your 12 year old!
This is just plain scary!
My stepdaughter is studying nutritional science so I'm well up to date with the horrors of many processes foods. She educates us, without lecturing and I'm learning a lot from her. Although I was quite health conscious to begin with and and reasonably healthy, she is still introducing me to a lot of new things.
OH - and a very happy birthday to you son!
