Good Morning!

HATS ON! That's the book, by Charlene Schurch where I got this pattern for Belle's hat.
Specs:
Lace Rib Watch Cap by Charlene Schurch
Yarn: Galway Worsted Wool
Needles: Size 6
CO 100 for small
A very quick knit!

And like Guinifer over there at Halfway Down the Stairs, we have an announcement to make! "In 10 sleeps" (kid talk) we will be bringing this little fella home.

His name is Leo, AKA Mr. Red and we can't wait.

Oh my, Leo is darling -- look at his paws and his velvet ears!!! You guys must be SO excited for his arrival. Why do I have visions of future pictures of a "flash" of chocolate brown with precious yarn streaming behind. I can't wait to hear about all of his adventures, puppy breath, and general joy he will bring to your family.

oh ..... so gorgeous.... he is just lovely. I am trying to push my man to let 'us' aka me have a female westie so we can have pups... he's not budging yet though.

The hat is great too, i like the stitch. I think you should give a jumper a bash, maybe that lovelly one from vogue you likes, it looked simple enough for a first timer.

drops was my first timer (the dogs sweater doesnt count)

They'll be cousins!!! Our guy is from Darla/Chili - yours is from Jewel/Chili (right?) We're going to name our new addition Ozzie.

Oh my gosh! He's so very, very cute!! You guys are killing me with this puppy business. I want to get a new dog so much, but I'm waiting until spring.

What a face! So exciting for you guys! Hey, you can't have a cabin and not have a dog, right?

LOVE the hat. I second the sweater idea. You've made a baby sweater, so one for yourself shouldn't be out of your range at all.
