You're just too responsible, ha, ha. I gave up getting my Christmas knitting on time years ago! I used to figure that if I got my gifts finished and sent by the beginning of Epiphany, I was good. Last year, my sister's family received their gifts to help them celebrate...Lincoln's Birthday.

I was complaining how long it took me to knit a baby sweater and another knitter told me that it's the same number of stitches as a grown up one, just on smaller yarn and needles. Not absolutely sure that's right, but I'm going with it.
btw...I'm one of the slowest knitters...ever! If it's a quick knit for me, then it's probably a quick knit for just about anyone. :)
